Our Site

A New Chapter for the Kingston Corridor

Something New Is Taking Shape

Kingston Heights begins with a simple but powerful idea: that every neighbourhood deserves thoughtful investment, and every resident deserves a home they can be proud of. This site has been chosen with intention — as part of a long-term commitment to building something that strengthens the fabric of the Kingston community.

Positive Transformation, Long-Term Vision

This emerging residential corridor is ready for its next chapter. Kingston Heights represents an investment in improved housing standards, stronger street presence, better lighting, safer pedestrian connections, and a renewed sense of neighbourhood identity and community pride. This is long-term thinking made tangible.

Warm Materials, Welcoming Presence

Kingston Heights will be defined by architecture that feels rooted in its place — warm materials, organic tones, consistent design language, and welcoming façades that contribute positively to the streetscape. Thoughtful landscaping, defined pedestrian routes, and calm outdoor spaces create an environment that invites residents to slow down and connect.

Built for Comfort, Designed for the Future

Every unit at Kingston Heights will benefit from an advanced building envelope, high-efficiency HVAC systems, smart thermostats, and low-consumption lighting throughout. These investments reduce operating costs for residents while delivering a more comfortable, sustainable living experience — built for Kingston's climate and tomorrow's standards.

CPTED Principles & Clear Sightlines

Safety at Kingston Heights is built in, not bolted on. The site has been planned following CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) principles — generous lighting, clear pathways, well-defined entrances, open sightlines, and optional CCTV infrastructure. A safe environment is the foundation of a strong community.

Places That Bring People Together

Kingston Heights is designed to foster connection — between neighbours, between residents and their surrounding community, and between people and the spaces they share. From thoughtfully designed common areas to building programs and management that prioritize respectful, inclusive living, community is at the heart of everything we plan here.

What Residents Can Expect

Modern Floor Plans

Studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, and family configurations designed for how people actually live — flexible, functional, and light-filled.

Professional Management

An on-site and responsive management team dedicated to the maintenance, safety, and well-being of every resident at Kingston Heights.

Built-in energy efficiency measures that keep operating costs reasonable while reducing environmental impact for the long term.

Secure Environment

Thoughtfully planned site security features including lighting, defined access points, and optional CCTV — peace of mind, by design.
